Molho Cru

Description

Sauce for fish and seafood

Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• ½ cup green onions, including tops, snipped
• 4 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• ¼ tsp salt
• 4 tbsp vinegar
• 4 tbsp water

Procedures

1. Combine, then grind or process all ingredients into a paste.
2. Chill.
3. Serve over fish or other seafood.
