Meatball Tortellini Stew

Ingredients

• 4 cup beef broth
• 4 cup water
• 1 pkg. tortellini
• 1 lb meatballs
• 1 cup salsa
• 3 cups frozen vegetables

Procedures

1. Bring broth and water to a boil in large saucepan.
2. Add frozen tortellini and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add meatballs and salsa, then bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Stir in frozen vegetables and cook until desired tenderness.
