Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Set the honey to boil with the grated chocolate; when it starts boiling, add walnuts, stirring continuously.
  2. Let boil for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool a little.
  3. When you can touch it without discomfort, put the mixture on a cacao dusted board.
  4. With your hands, shape into a thick Sausage.
  5. Roll it into the cacao powder and let cool.
  6. When it is cold, cut slices with a very sharp knife. Arrange on a platter.
