Mango Rice
Description
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Steep Estate in Elmo, Texas in 1989. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1 can beef consommé
- 1½ cups white rice
- 1 medium white onion diced
- ¾ stick butter
- 1 large mango diced
Procedures
- Mix all ingredients and place in covered casserole.
- Cook at 325°F for 1hour then uncover and place back in oven for 30 minutes longer.
