LAVENDER WITH ROASTED VEGETABLES

Description

Preheat oven to 400.

Ingredients

  • Coat about 3 peeled potatos, carrots, white onions, and 3 garlic cloves with oil.
  • Sprinkle 2 tsp. dried lavender buds, salt (opt.)& fresh
  • pepper over vegetables.
  • Roast 25 minutes.
  • Add 1/2" slices of zucchini & bake an additional 15 minutes.
