Description

Lamb in milk curry.

Ingredients

Spices (ground)

Procedures

  1. Heat a wok with oil and saute the garlic until golden brown.
  2. Add the shallots and stir until softened.
  3. Add the ground and whole spices and continue to saute until fragrant.
  4. Add meat, milk, water, tomato and salt to taste.
  5. Cook until the meat is tender and gravy thickened.
  6. Serve while hot.
