Cabbage salad
Ingredients
- 860 g (2 lb) cabbage
- 100 g (3½ oz) green onions
- 100 g (3½ oz) carrots
- 50 g (3½ tablespoons) vegetable oil
- salt to taste
Procedures
- In a large bowl, rub finely shredded cabbage with salt and work in well, forcing liquid from the shreds.
- Add chopped green onions and carrots cut into very thin strips.
- Mix in vegetable oil just before serving.
