Ingredients
- ½ cup milk
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 6 small ham hocks
- 1 lb navy beans
Procedures
- In a 6 quart pressure cooker, place above ingredients with approximately 2½ quarts of water.
- Pressure 45 minutes.
