Iced Coffee Mocha-style
Description
Very rich flavor, but no more sinful than a glass of 2% milk.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Espresso
- 4¼ cups 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Procedures
- Stretch a double shot of espresso long until yields a ½ cup. Do this twice.
- Add sugar, chocolate syrup and mix while hot.
- Let cool to room temperature, then add milk and refrigerate.
- Remember it expires same day as milk!!
