Ingredients

Dry ingredients

Wet ingredients

Procedures

  1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Then mix the wet ingredients.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together (adding extra milk if needed).
  4. Drop about 1 heaping tbsp in to 350°F frying shortening and fry till golden brown.
  5. As soon as I dip them out I salt them and cover with a dry cloth towel.

Note

  1. You can make them ahead of time.
  2. Drop them on a cookie sheet with wax paper and freeze then put in to a zip lock bag.
  3. It will take a little longer to cook.
