Huevos Revueltos con Salsa
Ingredients
- 8 oz Egg Beaters 99% Real Egg product
- 1 tsp Fleischmann's margarine
- 2 x 6-inch flour tortillas
- lettuce
- 1 tomato
- ¼ cup onion
- 2 tsp jalapeno
- 2 tsp parsley
Procedures
- In 8-inch nonstick skillet, cook Egg Beaters in margarine, stirring occasionally until set.
- Arrange tortillas on lettuce; divide and spoon Egg Beaters onto tortillas.
- Top with spicy salsa.
- Garnish and serve immediately.
