Horseradish French Dressing

• This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.

Ingredients

• 1 cup olive or salad oil
• ¼ cup vinegar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• few grains cayenne
• ¼ teaspoon white pepper
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 1 teaspoon horseradish

Procedures

1. Combine and beat or shake thoroughly before using.
