Honey Vinegar-broiled Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 8 tomatoes, halved crosswise
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
Procedures
- Preheat broiler.
- Arrange tomatoes, cut side up on broiler pan.
- Heat honey and vinegar in small pan over medium heat.
- Stir until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Drizzle over tomatoes; broil until hot and bubbly, about 4 minutes.
- Serve at once.
