Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Sauté the hen pieces in melted butter, adding 1 – 2 tablespoons of water if necessary.
  2. When the hen is almost done, add salt and then sour cream well mixed with flour.
  3. Simmer for until tender.
  4. Keep warm until serving.
