Heidi's Spinach Salad

Just a great summertime salad! From Heidi's Kitchen
Ingredients
- 2 bags of baby spinach
- 1 can of water chestnuts
- ½ of a chopped onion
- 16 slices of fried bacon - chopped
Dressing
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ⅓ cup of ketchup
- ⅔ cup of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
Procedures
- Mix the dressing with the spinach, onion, bacon and water chestnuts
