Hearty Oatmeal Loaf

Ingredients

• ½ cup apple juice
• ¾ cup water
• 2 tbsp honey
• 3 tbsp orange juice concentrate
• 1½ tbsp salt
• 2½ cups whole wheat flour
• ¼ cup wheat gluten
• ¾ cup quick oats
• 3 tbsp yeast

Procedures

1. Mix in the order recommended by your breadmaker.
2. This uses the fresh-milk white/wheat setting on the Black and Decker.
