Ingredients

fresh hot chilies
(about 3 to 4 inches long)
1 cup
lime juice
(preferably fresh squeezed)
1 tbsp
salt
(sea or kosher preferred)
Procedures
Finely chop the chilies.
Mix
salt
and
lime
until
salt
dissolves 3.
Add chilies to salt-
lime
mixture and stir 4.
Let sit 15 minutes to allow flavors to set.
