Graham Gems
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham flour
- 1 cup white flour
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons shortening, melted
Procedures
- First mix together flours, salt, sugar and baking powder.
- Add milk, beaten eggs and melted shortening.
- Drop in greased gem pans.
- Bake in hot oven for about 25 minutes.
