Glazed Onions

Ingredients

• 3 tbs butter
• 1/4 cup hot water
• 2 tbs. honey
• 2 tbs. ketchup
• 24 white onions, peeled

Procedures

1. Melt butter in hot water in a baking dish, add honey and ketchup.
2. Boil 24 peeled white onions 20 min.
3. Add to dish, cover, bake at 350 °F for 1 hour or until glazed and tender.

Serves 4.
