Ginger Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 small shallots, peeled and minced
- 2 to 3 fresh Thai bird’s eye chilies, seeded and minced
- 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 3 Tbs. Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 3 Tbs. fresh lime juice
- 6 Tbs. water
- 5 Tbs. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh coriander or chives for garnish
Procedures
Combine all ingredients, except fresh coriander or chives. Garnish and serve.
