Ingredients

• spinach
• water
• braised onions
• the usual seasonings (salt, pepper, etc)

Procedures

1. Boil the spinach up and throw the water away.
2. Wash the spinach well with cold water after you have boiled it.
3. Chop it up and then put it on to cook with braised onions and the usual seasonings.
