Frosted Grape and Rice Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2½ cups seedless grapes, halved
- 2 cups cooked rice, cooled
- lettuce leaves
- crab apples for garnish (optional)
Procedures
- Combine sour cream, sugar and cinnamon; refrigerate until well blended.
- Just before serving, fold in grapes and rice
- Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with crab apples, if desired.
