- Peel the zucchini, cut into thin slices.
- Dry each slice with a cloth, dredge with flour and fry in oil.
- When all are fried, arrange on a plate and drizzle lemon juice or a little vinegar mixed with minced garlic and salt over them.
- Serve hot or cold.
