Fresh banana cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening/margarine
- 1+1/2 cups Sugar
- 3 medium bananas, peeled and mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk plus 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (sour milk)
Procedures
- cream shortening and Sugar.
- Beat until light.
- Add fruit, eggs, and vanilla.
- Beat well.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt and add to mixture.
- Slowly add sour milk and beat.
- Bake at 350 °F.
