Guam's all-purpose sauce

Ingredients

• 1 medium onion, sliced or chopped
• ½ cup soy sauce
• 3 – 6 hot peppers
• ¼ cup vinegar or lemon juice

Procedures

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir.
2. Add more soy sauce, vinegar or lemon juice until you obtained the desired taste.
