½ lb of
macaroni
(or similar
short pasta
)
½ lb or
carrots
1 cup of
sweet corn
½ cup
mayonnaise
½ cup
peas
1 medium
red onion
salt
Procedures
Boil the
pasta
until tender (it needs to be softer than al dente).
Separately boil
carrots
and
eggs
.
Peel the
carrots
and chop into small cubes.
Chop the
eggs
into small cubes.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients, and adjust
salt
to taste.
