Eggs with Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

• 6 hard-boiled eggs
• 1 tsp horseradish, ground
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup sour cream
• salt, pepper

Procedures

1. Cut eggs in halves and place with cut part on a platter.
2. Blend the rest of ingredients together and pour over the eggs.
3. Leave for about 30 minutes before serving.
