Easter Cake with Sour Cream

In Romanian: Pasca cu smantana

Ingredients

• Sweet bread dough

Filling

• 2 lbs / 1 kg sour cream
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 6 yolks
• 3 egg whites
• a little vanilla
• sugar to taste
• salt to taste

Procedures

1. Mix the yolks with the sugar, add salt, vanilla, sour cream and mix well, adding the flour gradually. Add the whipped egg whites.
2. Then continue as for Easter Cake with Cottage Cheese.
