EGGPLANT CUCUMBERS RECIPE

Ingredients

• 2 egg plants, peeled, sliced thick
• 3 cucumbers, peeled, sliced thick
• 3 tablespoons butter
• seasonings to taste

Procedures

• Put slices of egg plant in a baking pan.

On each slice arrange slices of cucumber.

Season.

On top put pieces of butter.

Bake in moderate oven for about 15 minutes.

Then serve.
