Procedures

  1. Dice Onion and red pepper.
  2. Add to Saucepan with oil, fry till 3 minutes
  3. Add curry powder, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add rice and stir till well combined.
  5. Add corn kernels and stir till heated through.
  6. Remove heat and add the dressing and cashews.

This dish can be served hot or cold
