Cuban-style Black Beans

Procedures

  1. Sauté the onion, green pepper and garlic in a little of the bean liquid until soft.
  2. Add the black beans along with any remaining liquid.
  3. Add the spices.
  4. Simmer for 15 – 30 minutes.
  5. Add the wine vinegar just before serving.
