Creole Meat Seasoning, From Dinah's Kitchen
- 1 1/2 Cup salt
- 2/4 Cup Finely Minced garlic
- 3/4 Cup pepper
- 1/2 Cup cayenne pepper
- 1/4 Cup cumin Seed
Mix All Ingredients Thoroughly. Pour Into Large Glass Jar With Tight Fitting Lid. Keep Indefinitely. Don't Cut Down on The peppers in This Recipe. They Are Part of It's Charm.Makes 3 3/4 Cups
