This is a healthy and very tasty snack food. Ideal for taking out hiking or camping for quick, delicious energy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 quart coconut oil
- 3 cups almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup flaxseed
- 1/2 quart peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons vanilla
- 2/3 cup crushed espresso beans
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup white chocolate balls
- 2/3 cup raisins
