Cinnamon swirl

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 2 cup White flour
- FILLING & TOPPING
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp white sugar
Procedures
1 cream together shortening & Sugar.
2 Add the rest of the ingredients in order & mix till well combined.
3 Combine Sugar & cinnamon & mix.
4 Grease & flour a loaf tin.
5 Divide batter into thirds.
6 Layer one third of the batter in the bottom of the loaf pan.
7 Sprinkle with cinnamon/Sugar mixture.
8 Layer with another third of the batter & sprinkle with cinnamon/Sugar.
9 Spread out last part of the batter.
10 Slice through the batter at various points with a knife to create the marbled effect.
11 Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon/Sugar.
12 Bake at 350f for 1 hour or until the loaf tests done
