Christmas Cookies I

Description

• Makes 6 dozen cookies

Ingredients

• ¾ cup butter or margarine softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt

Procedures

1. Cream butter, add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
3. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Add to cream mixture.
5. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
6. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
