Christmas Cocktail

Ingredients

• ½ cup sugar
• ⅔ cup water
• ⅔ cup unsweetened pineapple juice
• ⅔ cup lemon juice
• 2 tbsp fresh or bottled lime juice
• 2 unbeaten egg whites
• 4 cups finely crushed ice
• maraschino cherries

Procedures

1. Cook, sugar and water 5 minutes; chill.
2. Shake all ingredients except cherries in jar until light and frothy.
3. Top with a cherry.
4. Serve immediately.
