Ingredients
1 cup cooked
chicken breast
1 tsp
thyme
1 tablespoon fresh
parsley
2
eggs
2 cups
bread crumbs
1 cup
white sauce
¼ cup cooking
oil
salt
, black, and
hot pepper
to taste
Procedures
Combine
chicken
,
thyme
,
parsley
,
salt
and
pepper
.
Add wine sauce but keep mixture firm.
Set aside in refrigerator for 1 hr.
Form mixture into patties and coat with
flour
.
Dip in
eggs
then bread crumbs.
Fry in
oil
pan until both sides are golden brown.
