Chicken Breasts with Creole Sauce

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hager Estate in Canton, Texas in 1982. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Combine oil, juice and paprika and brush over chicken.
  2. Broil or grill chicken basting with oil mixture.
  3. Make sauce by sautéing vegetables in 2 tablespoons oil.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. To serve place chicken on plate and spoon sauce over and garnish with green onions.
