Celery Seed Dressing

• This recipe yields about 1¾ cups of vinaigrette.
• Dressing is better if made day before.

Ingredients

• ¾ cup sugar
• ⅓ cup vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon grated onion
• 1 cup salad oil
• 1 tablespoon celery seed

Procedures

1. Combine first five ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Add oil slowly.
4. Beat with electric mixer until thick.
5. Stir in celery seed.
6. Refrigerate.
