Category:Redirect templates

This category is for templates that are placed directly on redirect pages. They serve to categorize each redirect and explain its purpose. Please help keep the list of output examples on Wikipedia:Template messages/Redirect pages up to date. The pages listed in this category are templates. This page is part of Wikipedia's administration and not part of the encyclopedia. Further template category notes This category contains pages in the template namespace. It should not be used to categorize articles or pages in other namespaces. To include a template in this category, add [[Category:Redirect templates]] to the <includeonly> section at the bottom of the template's /doc subpage if such a page exists. Otherwise, add <noinclude>[[Category:Redirect templates]]</noinclude> to the end of the template code, making sure it starts on the same line as the last character of the code.

Please be diligent and add appropriate templates to any redirect you create, including those that result from page moves, unless you feel the original redirect should not exist (in that case, see Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion).
