Ingredients
- 2 - 4 U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
- Caribbean or jerk seasoning
Procedures
- Sprinkle Caribbean or jerk seasoning on a catfish fillet and let sit for five to ten minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan.
- Carefully place the fillets in the pan and cook for two to three minutes on each side.
