Cambodian Table Sauce

Ingredients
- 2x Cloves garlic, peeled
- 1x -(up to)
- 2x Fresh red chiles, seeded, veins removed
- 1/2cup-water
- 2tbl sauce
- 1x lime, juice of
- 3tbl Sugar
- Shredded carrot for garnish
Procedures
- Combine garlic, chiles and water and liquify in a blender or food processor.
- Mix together with sauce, lime juice and Sugar. Stir to dissolve Sugar.
- Add shredded carrot.
