Ingredients
- ½ cup hot coffee
- 1 tbsp crème de cacao
- 1 tbsp brandy
- whipping cream
- ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Procedures
- Pour coffee into a cup or mug.
- Stir in crème de cacao and brandy.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream; sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
Variations
- Café Carrie: Follow directions for Café Alexander, substituting 1 tbsp coffee liqueur and 1 tbsp rum for crème de cacao and brandy.
- Café Dublinv: Follow above directions, substitute 1 tbsp Irish whiskey and 2 tsp sugar for crème de cacao and brandy
- Café Holland: Follow above directions, substitute 2 tbsp chocolate mint liqueur for crème de cacao and brandy
