Broiled Peanut Frosting

Ingredients

• ¼ cup peanut butter
• ¼ cup light cream
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup coconut, optional
• ½ cup chopped peanuts, optional

Procedures

1. Blend the peanut butter, cream, and brown sugar.
2. Cook and stir to a boil.
3. Spread over warm cake.
4. Broil 4 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes.
5. Enjoy.
