Mix 1 cup Sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in 3 qt. saucepan. Stir in mangos, peaches, nectarines & plums. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils for 1 minute. Mix in blueberries. Pour into ungreased 8" square pan. Mix flour, 2 tbsp Sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening. Mix in milk and egg. Drop dough onto hot fruit mixture. Bake at 375' 25–30 minutes. Serve warm.
