Bourbon Highball

Description

A Bourbon drink.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon whiskey
• carbonated water
• 1 twist lemon peel

Procedures

1. Pour Bourbon into a highball glass over ice cubes.
2. Fill with carbonated water and stir.
3. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
4. (ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
