Bologna Nut Spread
Description
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gibson Estate in Quinlan, Texas in 1981. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 1 pound bologna
- ½ pound blanched peanuts
- 1 small jar dill pickle relish
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Procedures
- Grind bologna and peanuts then add relish and mix well.
- Add enough mayonnaise to moisten.
