Black Velvet

Description

Black Velvet[1][2] is a smooth and creamy beverage, said to be created in Brooks' London Club in 1861.


Ingredients

  • one bottle/can of Guinness stout
  • bottle of dry champagne

Procedures

Pour ~half the glass of beer into the glass, then top off with champagne.
