About Beaumont cheese
The Beaumont is a French raw milk cheese from cow's milk, which in the Beaumont in close proximity to Geneva in Switzerland one manufactures for the first time and today in the Alpes one produces. It ranks among the first raw milk cheese, which was produced in large yardstick. It is called therefore also Industriel cheese.
