Batatas con Miel de Caña

Ingredients
- sweet potatoes
- miel de cana (molasses and syrup mix)
- water
Procedures
- Cut peeled potatoes after into small pieces and boil in molasses with a little water,.
- Keep stirring to prevent from catching on the bottom of the pan.
- Eaten cold or sometimes flavoured with lemon rind or cinnamon, or both at once.
